MY BEAUTIFUL VILLA IS IDEAL FOR EITHER AN ACTION-PACKED, FUN-FILLED HOLIDAY OR A RELAXING BREAK!!!!


· Its ideal location will provide you and your family with a perfect retreat from all the hustle and bustle of the theme parks and shopping areas.!!!

· You will find the villa within minutes of Disney World on the beautiful, much sought after sub division of Orange Tree and that it is bordered to the rear by a conservation area.

· Just imagine yourself relaxing around your own (SW facing) sun drenched pool or dining al fresco on the large lanai/patio. What better way for you to relax after a tiring fun filled day than taking an evening dip in the illuminated pool.or having a game of pool/air hockey with your family/friends in the games room!!!!!

· You will find that the doors to the pool area are alarmed …for the safety of your smaller family members and may (or may not) be pleased to know that smoking is not permitted within the villa ….only outside on the pool deck.

· Your family will no doubt make use of the community amenities (a five-acre recreational area with a soccer field, toddlers playground, full-size basketball court and tennis court) and maybe one of the numerous nearby golf courses.

· The villa looks deceptively small to the front but as soon as you step inside you will see just how spacious and luxurious it really is with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will feel “right at home� the minute you walk through the door and by the end of your stay will not want to leave your “home from home�!!!!

· I’m sure that you will be outside for most of your stay soaking up that Floridian sunshine but if not the spacious great room/dining area provide a spacious meeting area.

· Although you will probably take advantage of the many restaurants (especially the “all you can eat� meals!!) you will no doubt make use of the fully equipped kitchen – especially as there is a large Wal Mart a few minutes away.

· You will be more than happy with the sleeping arrangements. The master suites are both have en-suite facilities and the twin rooms share a third bathroom, so you can bring a second family with you, especially as the cost is for the whole villa and not per person!!!!1


· There are shops, post office and restaurants just a few minutes away and the house is looked after by a professional management company which is only a phone call away, should you need any help.

· A phone is provided, to enable your friends and relatives to stay in contact with you (should you wish) but it is advisable to buy prepay cards from the nearby shops to keep the cost down, although your friends can always ring you!!

· A hair dryer, alarm clocks, crockery, cutlery, bed linen and towels are provided, including separate pool towels. So all you need now for that extra special holiday for your family …..is to book my villa, pack your bags, and enjoy yourselves!!!
