BENIBEACH, is a big tourist complex built in the second half of the 90´s in excellent state of repair and working order, thanks to the team of people dedicated to these tasks daily.
Benibeach holds a privileged position on the Poniente Beach, renowned by the locals as the best beach and without a doubt largest and more quieter one of the two. "Torre BENIBEACH" is a modern high rise building and has been made possible that each and every one of the 160 apartments have a glassed in balcony of 15 square meters, positioned south facing with direct views of the beach and bay where only the silhouette of the Island and small boats break the monotony of the generally calm sea. It´s privileged situation is realised because located next to the beach you only have to cross the road to the very tranquil area and it is only five minutes walk to the bustling old town.
Benibeach has ample garden areas surrounding the swimming-pool area, wich is of an inusual design. The apartments are of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and those on the lowest floors are at a minimum distance of 50 meters from roads that carry vehicles, so the possibility of contamination of traffic noise is eliminated.
All apartments are equipped with fridge, cutlery and crockery. Includes towel change every four days, cleaning of floors and change of bedlinen every seven days.
We do not allow pets or the introduction of any type of electrician appliances.
Optional extras are private parking, laundry facilities, safety deposit box, Café Bar, tennis and recreational games, etc, etc...
Reception service runs 24 hours a day, if you have any problem in your apartment, our service technicians take daily care of the security, quality and hygiene of the building and grounds.
The swimming-pool is open all year and is surrounded by ample green garden areas.
Our services are supervised periodically by the official organisations that give it its official register of "Tourist Apartments".
