Marrowell is a detached bungalow in a marvellous quiet location in the coastal village of Gorran Haven. It is south facing and the back garden is enclosed. In the village and it's surrounding there are a wide variety of restaurants, pubs and shops.

The famous Lost Gardens of Heligan are within a couple of miles and the astonishing Eden Project, with its enormous biomes are just the other side of St Austell. There are many gardens in Cornwall which are within easy distance, some of which have coffee shops and restaurants.

The accommodation has two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded. Pillows, duvets and bedlinen are provided.

The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, low-level WC and basin. Please bring your own towels.

In the Sitting/Dining room there is a remote control colour television and DVD player. There is a dining area at one end of the sitting room.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, toaster, washing machine and iron. Tea towels, oven glove and a kitchen towel are provided.

The bungalow is available for you from 3.30pm on your first day and should be vacated for changeover by 10.00am on your last day.

Local Area Details

There are many other gardens too, some with coffee shops and restaurants: Trewithen, Pine Lodge, Trelissick, Probus, Trebah, Glendurgan etc.

Gorran Haven is on the South West Coastal Path and so has wonderful walking in National Trust owned land over cliffs and down on beaches, with splended views.

There are many local beaches within easy reach: Gorran Haven itself, Vault Beach, Hemmick, Caerhays, Portmellon, Porthpean etc.

Supermarkets are found in St Austell, ten miles away, and in Truro about 30 minutes drive. In St Austell there is also a cinema, ten pin bowling and the brewery to visit. There is a vineyard in Polmassick about 4 miles from Marrowell.
