The accommodation comprises fully fitted kitchen and laundry room with washing machine and microwave, lounge with dining area, bathroom and bedroom one on the first floor. The lounge has patio doors onto a large terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. Mosquito screens on all patio doors.
Stairs lead up to master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom. Patio doors provide access onto a large private terrace. Further steps lead up to the private rooftop solarium from where there are lovely views of the surrounding area.
Local Area DetailsPlaces to visit in and around Puerto Rey include the water park just up the road, 3 golf courses within a twenty minute drive, scuba diving in Mojacar, tennis close by the apartment, fishing, bike hire and horse riding locally. Further a field you could visit the Mini Hollywood studios where a lot of the Spaghetti Westerns including a few dollars more were filmed or take one of the local tours into the mountains.
