Everything you could wish for is included in this luxury, 3 year old apartment, which appeals to families as it is in a very good area, is safe and secure, has enclosed gardens, paddling and swimming pool. There is a foldaway cot and small box of toys. For couples, romantic dinners on the softly lit terrace can be prepared in the apartments 'show flat' kitchen and purchase food and drink by walking 5 minutes to the local ´Supermercado. Singles should respect the neighbours but can still have responsible fun without upsetting anyone as the apartment has excellent soundproofing. Las Lolas comprises 4 blocks each containing 12 luxury apartments and there is a lift from street (level 0) to the apartment on the 1st floor, the gardens and pools are on -1 and the underground remote control door garage is on level -2.
Local Area DetailsThose who know the area will be delighted to know that the apartment is located just past Central Plaza when walking from Puerto Banus. This means the Saturday market (a must see) is just 3 minute walk, Puerto Banus town and beach is 15 mins walk. Surrounding 'Las Lolas' (Casa A, Apt. 10) are restaurants, shops and supermarkets where you should be able to find everything you need. Many people have said that Las Lolas is the 'ideal' location as it is far enough from the hustle and bustle of main roads and Puerto Banus party town but near enough to be able to walk there or if you're lazy one night then taxi back from Puerto Banus at a cost of less then 5 euros.
