• The villa is situated in the quiet residential district of Siller in the much sought-after resort of Port de Pollenca. The pretty town and the beaches are about 5 minutes by car or just a 10-15minute walk on flat land.
• The house is divided into two apartments of which the first floor is available to rent. At the time of letting, the downstairs apartment would NOT be occupied. Therefore, the gardens, barbecue and swimming pool would be for your private and exclusive use throughout your holiday.
• The first floor apartment is totally self-contained. It has its own outside staircase that leads onto an upper sun terrace with spectacular views across the valleys and mountains. The accommodation comprises of: a large lounge with TV & Video and dining area. This room has a small balcony overlooking the swimming pool and front garden. There is a kitchen with cooker, microwave; a fully fitted shower room and toilet and a separate utility with washing machine. There are two twin/double bedrooms linked by a doorway.
