Our property Tamia in Puerto Del Carmen, located just a short walk from the main town front and main beaches, this small block of 22 apartments is on a very well maintained and friendly English run resort.
These very well maintained spacious 1 Bedroom apartments are situated back only 300 yards from the beach and central front in Puerto Del Carmen. The accomadation is of a good size and sleeps 4, though for young familes 5 can sometimes be arranged.
It is in a quiet and secure complex that is maintained to a very high standard, has a large heated swimming pool, spa pool, pool table, table tennis and dart board, there is a poolside bar serving drinks and bar snacks.
The complex is small in comparison to others and a good atmosphere is to be found, the complex is run and owned by english people and in the evenings entertainment is often avaliable with BBQ's, entertainers and quizes.
The area of Puerto Del Carmen is the main tourist resort of the island and has two large beaches and well over 150 shops, restaurants, clubs and other amenities all within easy reach from the property's location.
The property itself has a sun terrace to the front, large open plan lounge, fully fitted kitchen and dining area.
There is Sky TV in all apartments as well as some UK channels.
The upper level appartments have views to the sea.
The Lounge has a large sofa bed able to sleep 2, phone, tv with UK channels, extra storage pace and the upper floors have views to the sea.
The kitchen is supplied with kettle, microwave, toaster, cups, plates, glasses+large and fridge/freezer. The dining area will seat five and is fully built in, this being traditional carnarian style.
The Bathroon is fully fitted and has a power shower in.
The master bedroom has twin single beds, all linen is supplied and changed twice a week.

Local Area Details

The complex has one of the only trully heated pools on the island, it is maintaned to a high standard and covered each evening to keep the warmth in. There is also a spa jazuzzi, table tennis, pool table and darts.
The area has recently benefited from a EU re-development grant and on the Los Pocilos beach front about 10 minutes from the complex. There are new garden walks, kids play area, beach shower facilities, water sports and sea sports are also on offer on both the local beaches.
