Stairs lead from the lounge to a small, private roof terrace, and a passageway to one side leads to the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen, with all modern conveniences, has a door leading to a small, sheltered terrace and drying area. All accommodation is on first floor level, with steps to the garden from the front and rear terraces.
Local Area DetailsA lovely, roomy house set in an excellent location in the Cap Marti area of Jávea, about 1.5 km from Javea’s Arenal beach with its lively atmosphere and good choice of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Closer to the villa are local restaurants and supermarkets.
Javea offers lovely beaches, mountains, walks, tennis, golf, watersports, cycling and plenty of evening entertainment without being too noisy. There are numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and supermarkets.
