The balcony faces south offering a wonderful view of the ocean.
One of the bedrooms is fitted out with 2 single beds (80x190cm), the other two have each one double bed (150x190cm).
There is also a fold out sofa/bed (135x190cm) in the living room for 1 or 2 people, so that 8 people can easily be accommodated.
In the living room there is a living and a dining area.
Air conditioning is available for the living room and the main bedroom.
The spacious natural kitchen with its granite counter tops just invites you to create your own culinary delights.
It is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher and much more.
There is also a TV with Sat-programs, a DVD-player, washing machine, ect.

Local Area DetailsThe apartment complex Myramar Tivoli is a cosy little complex at the edge of the centre of Arroyo de la Miel (part of Benalmadena).
The complex offers beautiful landscaping, a swimming pool (June to September) as well as a football/basketball field.
In close proximity there are a supermarket, a video-club as well as various restaurants.
The motorway can be reached in a couple of minutes.
In front of the building are parking places available.
The train station as well as the centre of Arroyo de la Miel can be reached easily on foot in 3 minutes.
For more change you can visit the famous Friday street market, the amusement park "Tivoli world", or you can use the cable car.
You can also use the "Mini-tren" to get to the "Park la Paloma" or the Port of Benalmadena.
