Primaore is a south facing stone farmhouse with incredible views of the Appenine mountains. The ground floor consists of living room with large open log fire and wood burner and seating for six, colour tv, radio/cassette/cd player and there are cd's for your use. The kitchen has double sink and gas oven (bottled), fridge freezer and toaster. The dining room comfortably sits six and has lovely scenic views. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two twin and one double, bathroom with bath and overhead shower and washing machine. There is a laundry area with ironing board and iron and clothes airer. Access to the double garage is via first floor. The house is centrally heated with radiators in each room. Outside is a patio area and sun terrace. The garden is private and secluded.

Local Area Details

The nearest shop is only a 15min stroll for essentials like milk, bread etc. There is a bar next to the shop and a disco which opens on weekends in summer. Primaore is the ideal place for anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and just chill out. Although Primaore is only a small hamlet located inside 'Il Gigante', there are lots of places of interest to visit. Nearby, the medieval village of Sologno holds a wine festival in early October. In fact, every year there are festivals for the new wine and the chestnut and mushroom season throughout the area. Castelnova nel Monte is the largest town with schools and hospital and nearby Ligonchio has excellent restaurants. Bologna is a must for lovers of Architecture and history. Market day in Villa Minozzo is Thursday and is a must for market lovers. Spend the day driving around the area finding the 'hidden' delights of Italy.
