Luxury Pine Lodge situated on a Prestigious Development.
Luxury family orientated fully equipped lodge, with en-suite double and twin bedrooms, relax in the spacious lounge area with adjacent kitchen and dinning.
The lounge comprises a 32" Widescreen TV, Freeview, DVD, VCR & Midi system with seating on the sofa and 2 arm chairs. The lounge area opens out onto the veranda via double French doors on the veranda with BBQ and seating for those long lazy days.
The comfortable master bedroom has En-suite facilities, also a spacious twin bedroom suitable for all ages, both with dressing table and spacious storage.
The dinning area comfortably seats for over looking the veranda with access via double French doors.
The kitchen comprises Fridge freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle not to mention the all important Dishwasher to avoid the holiday washing-up disputes with ample crockery and utensils.
On site there is the Waters Edge Restaurant (Italian) & Bar, Cafe Largo (Tapas Bar) both with access onto the patio and decked waterside providing you with comfortable area's to keep an eye on the little ones while they play in the sand while you relax, overlooking the Lake where none motorised activities are allowed.
Bed linen is provide however guests are asked to provide there own hand/bath and tea towels.
Local Area DetailsThe lodge is situated on a new prestigous development, slumbering above the shifting sands of Morecambe Bay is the delightful hill country of Silverdale & Arnside. Here Lancashire merges into Cumbria in a succession of Limestone crags and Lowland ponds, dominated by the popular RSPB reserve at Leighton Moss.
The lodge is on the doorstep of the Silverdale and Arnside area of outstanding natural beauty is home to the nationally acclaimed Leighton Moss bird sanctuary. alos providing quick access to Windermere and the Yorkshire Dales which are less than 30 minutes drive away. The opportunities for leisure activities are unlimited for Walking, Rambling, Cycling, Sailing, Golf, Fishing, Windsurfing, Climbing, and Bird watching are boundless.
Within the lodge are local maps and a selection of printed out walks from the casual to those wishing for a little more of a challenge, also brochures to providing ideas for those relaxed day trips.

Rental Notes:
Prices from £235 - £630 except for Christmas and New Year weeks charged at £1000.00. Price includes gas and electricity. A deposit of £50 secures your booking, the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment in full is required for bookings made within 4 weeks of you proposed arrival date.
A £50.00 refundable deposit is also required; this is to cover any breakages. Arrival and Departure of the lodge will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on your day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
Part week/weekend rates available on request subject to availability and time of season. All Bed linen is provided however, guest should bring their own towels/tea towels.

PLEASE NOTE: There are restrictions on type of dog allowed on site such as Americas Pit bull terriers, Japanse Tosa, Fuila Brailerio, Dogo Argentina and any other type of dog which could present a danger or alarm to other visitors.
