Riverside Cottage, built brand new for the 2003 season, it is self contained superior and luxuriously appointed consisting of a large lounge/diner with beamed and sarked ceiling, 2 double settees.T.V. & Hi-Fi system, magnificent bay window offering totally uninterrupted 180 degree vista up & down the Waitangi river, one separate bedroom
with a King size bed, or twin as required, ensuite with large walk-in double shower with luxury fittings. Ranch slider to covered decking with spectacular river views, kitchen with a double hob, micro-wave, dish-washer, fridgefreezer & full laundry facilities.
The lounge has a convertible sofa-bed to sleep two extra guests if required, (a premium applies).
