This has been achieved by constructing the entire front of the villa with glass sliding doors which open onto large sunny terraces at both levels. The lower living accommodation comprises of a large open plan entrance hall with indoor water feature leading to a fully equipped kitchen and utility area with outside breakfast/BBQ patio. There is an airconditioned double bedroom ensuite. Sliding doors from kitchen, hall and bedroom lead to a large outdoor living and dining terrace from which extends a 16 sq.m. pool surrounded by tropical plants to provide privacy and seclusion.
Unusual freeform stone steps lead to the upper level which is completely open plan with a large TV lounge and the second ensuite bedroom. Sliding doors from both the TV room and bedroom open onto the upper terrace with views over the palms to the Gulf of Siam and islands. Maid service is provided every three days. Towels and linen changed as required.
Local Area DetailsBan Nam Tok is situated on the lower, gentler slopes of the private gated hillside village of Santi Thani. Santi Thani is 10 km from the aiport and is located on the quieter north coast of Koh Samui. A ten minute walk through landscaped gardens leads to a beautiful palm fringed beach with spectacular sunset views where you will discover several quiet bars and restaurants.
There is a gym on Santi Thani for the exclusive use of residents and guests.
A beautiful tropical 18 hole golf course, said to be one of the top ten courses in Asia, is just 10 minutes away.
The town of Maenam is just 10 minutes away as is the ferry port of Nathon. Chaweng, the islands destination for a livelier nightlife is 20 minutes away.
