Ground floor apartment with full air conditioning. The lounge is light and modern, and has comfortable seating for 6 people, large patio doors lead to the fully equipped terrace where there is direct access to the gardens. . The apartment is equipped with Satellite TV showing the regular ’free to air’ UK channels and Sky News. There is a stereo system playing local radio plus CD's and tapes. Heating & cooling is adjustable via one control. The apartment can be configured as 4 single beds or 1 double and 2 singles. The master bedroom has ’en suite’ and there is another full shower room to accommodate the 2nd bedroom. For the holidaying chef the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine & microwave as well as all the other appliances you would expect from 1st class accommodation. The cost of electricity & water is included in the rental charge. The terrace overlooking the golf course is furnished to enjoy sunbathing, sundowners or evening meals. Las Golondrinas has 2, large communal swimming pools, one is heated in the winter months.

Only 25 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. Situated overlooking the 5th fairway of Los Lagos, Mijas Golf, Las Golondrinas is in the heart of The Costa Del Golf. Many of the other golf courses, such as La Cala, the new Santana, Miraflores and Alhaurin, are within a 15 minutes drive, making it ideal for a winter golfing holiday break. Within a few minutes walk there is a mini market, bar and the excellent El Golf restaurant.
A quiet location but within easy reach of more bars, restaurants, a barbecue area and the Tamisa Golf & Byblos Hotels. Making it an idea venue for your family or golfing holiday.
The bustling town of Fuengirola is only a short drive, here you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment to suit all ages and tastes.
A car is recommended, although there is a taxi rank nearby.
Around and About
Fuengirola town, 15 minutes away, is large and bubbly. Here you will find a
huge selection of shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs to cater for every taste. Fuengirola caters for the holidaymaker with it’s a harbour and beautiful beaches, which go for miles. You will also find a water park and zoo.
Mijas Pueblo is one of the oldest ‘white villages’ in Spain. 20 minutes drive up into the mountain, it is
situated 1200 feet above sea level and has some of the most breathtaking
views you will come across.
In nearby Benalmadena, there is a Cable Car, which takes you to the peak of the Calamorro Mountain, rising up 724 metres, where the panorama is spectacular, with views on a clear day as far as the Rock of Gibraltar and the Coast of Morocco. There is a Sealife Centre and Tivoli World, theme park & Dophin Park.
Driving to the historic towns of Seville, Granada, with the famous El Alhambra Palace, takes less than 2 ½ hours. Or take a trip to the duty free port of Gibraltar only 80 minutes away. Excusions can be arranged at the coach station in Fuengirola.

Full balance of payment must be made 6 weeks prior to holiday commencement.
A £200.00 (300.00 Euro) deposit is required on arrival against damage and breakages. This is fully refundable on inspection of apartment on departure.
Towels and bedding are supplied, but must not be taken out of the apartments.
Apartments may not be ready for occupation before 4 p.m.
Unless by prior agreement the apartments must be vacated by 10.30 am.
