St Andrews House is a spectacular holiday home. It enjoys a superb position overlooking Crail Harbour with views directly over the sea. The house has been recently renovated to a very high standard. It is a 'Listed Building' and holds a Scottish Tourist Board 4 star grading.

The house sleeps 6 people in well appointed accommodation. The sitting room, the dining room and two of the bedrooms have spectacular and unrestricted views of the harbour and on towards the Firth of Forth. The kitchen is superbly equipped. The house has a private enclosed garden with a barbeque.

This spacious, light and airy holiday house is warm and welcoming, it has full central heating, and there ia a log fire in the sitting room. From the sitting room, through the double windows you have wonderful sea views.

The large dining room is also at the front of the property and shares similar superb sea views, there is a dining table and chairs for six people. The contemporary open plan kitchen has a granite worktop and is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble drier. There is a w.c on the ground floor.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms enjoying fantastic sea views across the harbour, the master bedroom which has a king size bed and a large en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower) and a double bedroom with equally spectacular views. The third bedroom is twin bedded and looks out over the large private enclosed garden at the back of the house. There is a bathroom next to the bedrooms.

Outside the garden has stone walls, attractive rockery features and beautiful borders and patio with garden furniture and a barbecue - perfect for summer meals!

Ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to explore St Andrews and the picturesque villages of Pitenweem, Crail, Elie, Anstruther, and Lower Largo.

The East Neuk of Fife in Scotland is family friendly with award winning sandy beaches, the Fife coastal path, the Millenium cycle way, water sports and many other activities.

This area is superb for golfers as there are many famous golf courses around St Andrews (the home of Golf) including challenging golf courses at Kingsbarns, Elie and Crail, and then there is the Old Course Course itself!

The East Neuk is a real hotspot for arts, crafts, and antiques. There are also a wonderful selection of high quality restaurants and quaint pubs.

We would recommend exploring The Scottish Deer Centre, St Andrews Castle and Cathedral, The British Golf Museum at St Andrews, The Scottish Fisheries Museum at Anstruther, The Crail Heritage Museum, The Fife Folk Museum, The Secret Bunker near Crail, Falkland Palace, Kellie Castle and Gardens, and Craigtoun Country Park.

Visit across the Forth Bridges to see a range of sights such as Edinburgh Castle, the Palace of Holyroodhouse, Dynamic Earth and the Royal Yacht Britannia, or just to spend time at the Edinburgh International Festival and explore the shops around Princes Street.
