This delightful apartment is on the popular Oasis San Antonio Complex. Situated opposite the Hotel San Antonio. Its front line position makes it particularly easy to reach the shops and nightlife of the resort. There are small snady coves only two minutes away, and the wide Fariones beach is about 10 minutes walk. Sheltered sunbathing terraces surround the two swimming pools, both of which are acclimatised in the Winter months. Although the Complex is in a front line position it is remarkably quiet and peaceful. There is a bus stop and a taxi rank directly to the front of the Complex and taxi fares are extremely reasonable.
The apartment is on the first floor and comprises bedroom with twin beds, sitting room leading off to a large balcony which overlooks the smaller pool and from which you can see the sea. The sitting room has a television, dvd and video player, music system for both cassettes and CDs. The newly fitted kitchen has a 4 ringed hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee perculator, iron and ironing board. There is also a small hairdryer. The shower room has a built in shower cubicle, wash hand basin with cupboards and toilet with built-in bidet.
Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided (strictly not to be used for sunbathing).

Local Area Details

Puerto del Carmen is the main resort in Lanzarote and is 10 minutes from the airport. It is popular with all age groups. There are over 150 resturants and bars, plus many nightclubs and entertainment centres.
Puerto del Carmen boasts over 3km of golden sand so those wanting a beach holiday will not be disappointed but, as the pool is two steps from the apartment, beach-lover or not, you will be able to take advantage of Lanzarote's sunshine. The 3 mile seafront is lined with shops, restaurants and gardens. Trips along the coast are available from the beautiful harbour and you can also arrange to go deep sea fishing. The local fisherman land their catch twice each day, and during the evening boules is a popular sport for the locals adjacent to some very good restaurants. There is also many themes nights that you can arrange such a medieval nights, line-dancing and B-B-Qs, horse-riding and much much more.
