Mickey’s Tree House is a 4 year old villa located in Eagle Pointe, just 8 miles or 10 minutes away from Disney World on normally uncongested highways, unlike many villas that are located along Highway 27 where it can take up to 40 minutes because of road works and weight of traffic congestion. I know, I was stuck in several traffic jams in March 2004!!!!
Mickey’s Tree House is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa that has been furnished with high standard furnisher, fittings and kitchen aids and not the usual “contract pack� furnisher found in many rental homes.
Mickey’s Tree House has a large heated SOUTH facing pool and heated SPA and is surrounded by a good sized sundeck. To the rear is a heavily wooded “conservation area� that ensures the pool is not overlooked from the rear. The pool area is only 50 yards from the small lake that does contain fish and a couple of small alligators that cause nobody any problems.
Three of the bedrooms have queen sized beds and one bedroom has twin beds. The master bathroom has a double sized shower with seating and a large corner bathtub in which to soak and relax.
The entertainment system consists of a large cable system TV, video and DVD player all coupled to a surround sound system.

Local Area DetailsYes we are only 10 minutes from the Disney Attractions, 5 minutes from Arabian Nights, Medieval Times and a Wal*Mart Super Store. International Drive Attractions and Universal Studies are easily accessed via the nearby I-4 on-ramp.
The villa backs onto a heavily wooded conservation area, plenty of wildlife and we provide binoculars. The lake is only 50 yards away with our own alligator, plenty of fish and turtles.
There is a "tots play area" on the sub-division
