Casa Martinelli is in the island of La Maddalena (Sardinia-Costa Smeralda-Italy) just in front of the other famous island of Caprera. The house is located at 100 meters from the sea in a complex of villas (Villaggio Piras) and its main highlights are the wonderful position and the extraordinary view.
In the house there are two fully independent flats (upper and lower) that can be rent separately.They are both fully equipped with their own terrace on the sea.
In the upper flat there are 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a kitchen and a living room.In the lower flat there is one double bedroom, a bathroom, a dining room with the kitchen and under the terrace a smalll two single beds room.In the living area there is also a couch where two children could be accomodated.

Local Area DetailsLa Maddalena is an island with many beaches with rocks and white sand.Beaches can be reached by car or by a boat that can be rent locally. The boat can be parked in the sea just in front of the house.
