This property is a two storey, air conditioned property standing in cultivated gardens surrounded by olive, trees. There are also a number of citrus trees and shrubs, including orange and lemon trees. Sun loungers and hammocks are set amongst them for the perfect relaxing moment and there are even a couple of garden swings to keep the young and old amused. The house is made up of four adjoining apartments surrounded by covered balconies with tables and chairs.

From the main door at the rear of the property you enter the open plan dining room and kitchen area where you will find a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a twin hotplate, a fridge and electric kettle and has a number of storage cupboards. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Each has fitted wardrobes, a dressing table and mirror and both have French doors leading onto the front terrace which is surrounded by bougainvillaea giving you a lovely private setting. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower, toilet and hand basin.

With the beach 200 metres away and the tavernas, mini market and Gerakas Garden Bar only a short stroll you have everything you need for that perfect relaxing holiday amongst friends.

Local Area Details

There are two private coves just down from the apartments, which have excellent snorkelling and can provide an excellent retreat even at the height of the season.

As Gerakas is part of the National Marine Park of Zakynthos guests have the opportunity to take part in eco friendly turtle spotting tours, nature walks and island tours. Jeep safaris, horse riding is also available, as are watersports at nearby St Nicholas Beach.

There are many stunning sandy beaches, safe bathing, which are very children friendly. Visit the Earth Sea & Sky Turtle Information Centre at Gerakas. Yacht and sailing boat charter available, visit the Shipwreck and Blue Caves of the North and Keri Caves to the South. Zakynthos Town with its many shops, the hillfort, museums, and beautiful main square.

The village of Vasilikos, with its many restaurants and tavernas is a 10 minute drive, and the lively resort of Argassi is 20 minutes drive away. Zakynthos Town in 30 minutes away by car, and there is a a bus service which leaves twice a day from Gerakas.
