We have 2 studios next door to each other which are south facing around the lovely pool area. They have a garden and patio and inside are spacious and fully equipped to the highest standard. The large living area has a double sofa bed, colour TV, DVD player, radio cassete, fans. In the bedroom area there are 2 single beds and there is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Parque Santiago 4 is one of the most sought after in the south of Tenerife, having 2 pools, one heated all year, a large sunbathing area and well established gardens. There is a pool bar on site, restaurant and supermarket , also a childrens park and pool area. It is on the seafront along the promenade half way between Los Cristianos and Las Americas.
Local Area DetailsThis wonderful 4* complex is in an ideal position being on the sea front and 1 minute to a lovely beach. It is also near all the night life, bars and restaurants. It is also on the Parque Santiago resort so you have access to all facilities, pools, childrens play parks, restaurants, shops and crazy golf. It is a wonderful spot for exploring on foot, totally flat with promenade stretching for miles. You can also take all the island tour buses from close by. There is a 24 hour reception and the owner is a local resident so can advise on all aspects of your holiday and sort out any unforeseen problems straight away.
