On arrival, you will feel immediately relaxed as you wind through Cumbrian Lake's tranquil tree-lined drive, pulling up to our house will leave you in awe, we have added coach lights to the garage and landscape lighting both front and to the back of the house. Enter through the double doors and wonder into the Family Room. Relax on one of the wonder sofas, watch the 42" Sony Plasma with home theatre system, or step into the fully equipped Kitchen, prepare anything from a summer brunch to Thanksgiving Dinner, then dine outside on the covered lanai overlooking the lake, or at the oak table under the chandelier. Children will be happily amused in the Den, where they will find a cozy suite (with sofabed), from which to watch TV or play on the X-box, they can also watch DVD's or videos. Off the Entry hall you will find the Games Room, complete with an 8' Pool table, electronic Air Hockey, electronic Dart Board and basketball. This is also where you will find the Laundry facilities complete with washer and dryer. Off the Family Room you will find two of our six bedrooms, both with TV's and Direct TV receivers. Both with ensuite bathrooms, the Queen opens up onto the Lanai. The second has two twin beds.
Venture upstairs to find the Master Suite, complete with balcony. This is the place to sit in the morning and drink your freshly squeezed juice and eat bagels, if the sun is too strong, wind up the parasol for shade. Sit here and enjoy a view of the lake and fountain. The Master Bath has both oversized walk-in shower and tub, this is a very light and airy room. The Master itself contains a wonderful King Bed and frame, has a sony 30" HDTV and as all other rooms with TV's, a Direct TV receiver. At the top of the stairs, double doors open onto the second Queen bedroom, wonderful walnut furniture adorn this room. This room also has a TV and Direct TV receiver. Straight across the hall is the dedicated bathroom for this bedroom. At the end of th landing you will find the last two bedrooms, both with two Twin beds, one dressed for the girls and one for the boys. Both rooms again have TV's and Direct TV receivers.

Our Direct TV package includes NFL Seasons Pass, English Premiership Soccer, Films, Sport and Music channels, too numerous to mention.

Our managment company are on hand for your peace of mind, BBQ's can be hired from the management company prior to arrival.

All in all, the most perfect place from which to base your Florida Adventure.
