This lovely air conditioned villa is set on the hill overlooking the bays of Kalkan and Kalamar with views across olive groves. The villa provides very comfortable accomodation with fantastic views from all rooms.
The ground floor consists of an open plan atrium with spiral staircase and windows to top of the house. There is a toilet, sitting room and kitchen.
The kitchen has a table and chairs, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and hob, toaster, kettle and ample cutlery, china and cooking untensils.
The sitting room has two sofas and also chairs with leg rests, coffee tables, lamps and a CD player.
There are two double bedrooms on the first floor and two single bedrooms on the top floor, that have sloping ceilings. Each double bedroom has an ensuite shower room and the singles share a shower room. All mattresses are orthopeadic and have mattress covers, and each room has a wardrobe, dressing table with chair, chest of drawers, reading lights and a balcony.
Outside there is a secluded patio with pool with umbrellas and sun loungers. This area is not overlooked and you can see the sea from the pool.There is a tiled eating area with table and chairs, so you can eat every meal outside in comfort. A small gas barbecue means you can cook outside if desired.The garden has been planted with trees and flowering shrubs.
It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk down to the town and beach, and a taxi can bring you back, it costs about £2.
There is a housekeeping service and indoor towels and and bedlinen is included. A small welcome pack will be at the villa on arrival. We can arrange to have you met at the airport and car hire at a discount is available to those who use the villa.

Local Area Details

Kalkan is a place that visitors return to time and again. It is set round a small bay with mountains crowding behind. Because of the terrain it is not suitable for the infirm.
There is a pebble beach and several beach clubs, that offer a range of services from water sports to massages as well as refreshments. Diving lesons can be had, fishing trips, day and evening boat trips (try an evening one it is magical),longer boat trips, tennis etc.
Many historic sites are within easy driving distance, as well as mountain villages. Kas is about 25 minutes away by car and there is a local bus service (dolmus) to Kas and also to Kaputus beach and the famous Patara beach - 18kms of sand.
There are plenty restaurants in Kalkan, many on roof tops, which offer a wide selection of good food ranging across the whole price spectrum.
The town offers many opportunities to shop and on the practical side there are several supermarkets, a fish shop, two vegetable shops, two butchers, a bank, a post office and internet cafes. Sterling is widely accepted and many of the locals speak English.
A wondeful spot for a holiday whether you want to laze the day away or be very active.
