Our 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3 level complex. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and is set around beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking the mountains and a large communal pool. The lounge area has 2 settees, ceiling fan and a dining table, which leads out onto the large balcony area with a full set of patio furniture & sunbeds.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with all common utensils together with a electric oven & hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle & washing machine. The bathroom has a bath/shower and toilet. Both bedrooms are elegantly furnished with ceiling fans and twin beds in each. A security safe is also provided.
For your convenience we have a hair dryer, iron, large cool box and portable Oil heaters for the low season.

For your leisure time, we have communal Satellite TV, a Video and DVD player with a selection of family video’s and a CD/ Cassette player. Also we have recently added many books to our wide and varied collection. For the younger ones we have selection of toys and video's.

To assist you during your stay, we a detailed welcome file, providing information on all the resorts, beaches, local festivals, markets, villages and much more. Whilist in Spain, a professional management company is at hand if required.

Local Area Details

Calahonda is located 10 minutes away from the coastal town of Marbella and the traditional village of Mijas. Malaga airport is a 30 minute drive. The area of Calahonda consists of various low level apartment complex’s and has the advantage of being located centrally to all the attractions & resorts on the Costa de sol.

A good choice of restaurants & bars together with mini-supermarkets are all located within a 5 minutes walk away. The nearby El Zoco Complex, has a larger supermarket and a further variety of restaurants & bars, together with banks and taxis ranks. A weekly street market is also held nearby. The local Calahonda beach is a 15 minute walk, the larger beaches of Cabopino and La Cala are a 5 min drive from the apartment. The Port area of Cabopino has a host of fine bars & restaurants.
