New first floor apartment on the lovely mar menor.This 2 bed 1 bath property comes with a fully fitted kitchen inc washing machine,
microwave,gas cooker,fridge freezer and seperate utility room.The living room has a double sofa bed,tv,dvd,video,ceiling fans and dining table and chairs.Both bedrooms have two single beds ,ceiling fans and curtains.The bathroom has bath,shower and bidet.The balconey has a table and chairs .There is a large com pool and the price includes bath towels nd linen.All we ask is no bath towels to taken from property and any breakages be replaced.We own and manage a number of propertys in the area so if this one is booked please contact us anyway.
Local Area Detailsclose to beech,supermarket and las valas shopping centre at top of the road.There is a saturday market,bars and resturants (5 min walk),bus links to murcia and cartagena are also a short stroll.The airport is 5km where we offer transfers or if you wish you can hire a car(this is not essential).Still largely undiscovered this is a good place for investment if this what you are after.
