This is the real Spain, and is in an ideal location for sightseeing both inland and coastal. Nearest coastal resort is Torre del Mar, which is 20 mins drive away. To the west there are the more lively resorts like Malaga, Fuengirola, Benalmadena etc, and to the east the quieter resorts of Nerja, Salobrena etc.,

Closeby there is mountain bike hire, horse riding, kayaking and endless paths for hiking.Ideal base for sightseeing such as hot springs at Alhama, the Ronda gorge, where you will find the oldest bullring, Alhambra Palace at Granada, or if you prefer, lazing on the many beaches or simply chill out by the pool.
