Large balcony with table, four reclining chairs and two loungers.
There is a large swimming pool for residents only.
Local Area DetailsNearby facilities include large supermarkets, small shops and banks. Many bars and restaurants are a short walk away. Close by is the Orihuela Costa Resort leisure complex with its superb facilities including large pool, tennis courts, gymnasium, and sauna, bars and restaurant.
Cartegena, Alicante, Elche, and Murcia are all within an hour's drive. Each town has its own special Spanish flavour and a visit is recommended.
Terra Mitica Theme Park is the new Spanish Theme Park opened in July 2000. It is billed as the Mediterranean's largest theme park. The newly opened theme park of 'Terra Mitica' is approximately one hour's drive away.
Airports: Alicante-45 minutes; Murcia - 20 minutes away.
The international championship golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are within a 5 minute drive. La Manga peninsula and the Mar Menor are 45 minutes away.
