It is detached villa completely walled-in with own large private pool and ideal for families with small children and older children.

Accommodation is all on two/three split floor levels:-
The ground floor consists a lounge-dining room, with a satellite television system, opening out into the pool area and a large terrace. There is a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and one ground floor bedroom with own shower-room and separate cloakroom
The ground floor/split level consists two bedrooms one with its own bathroom and the other a shower-room.
The first floor consists one bedroom with own shower-room and private terrace.
Satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher.

Originally designed kidney shaped type pool is 10m x 5m, and surrounding sun terrace, outdoor shower and barbecue.

This lovely new villa is well maintained, in a pleasant location and within short walking distance of Moraira´s village and beaches.

Local Area Details

The village is situated on the coast 80km from Alicante Airport. Previously a small fishing village, it has grown over the last few years but still retains an abundance of local charm. It has a nice safe sandy beach, harbour and marina with a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Whilst Benidorm not very far away conjures travel brochure images of concrete jungles of hotels and time-shares, there are no high-rise hotels or large commercial apartment blocks here in Moraira and the vast majority of the houses and villas are privately-owned.




There are many places of interest in the area - Guadalest, Calpe, Altea, Javea and, further afield, Benidorm, all within an easy drive. The inland area is mostly agricultural land and has rugged scenery with orange, lemon and almond groves, small bodegas and some excellent restaurants. The whole area is well-worth exploring, some of the mountain passes however are not for the faint-hearted !
