Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, sunny lounge and toilet and there is another terrace with sea views. Both terraces are equipped with table, chairs and there are sun loungers.
The apt is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of this exclusive complex which has 2 large pools, one of which is heated all year, a large sunbathing area, pool bar and restaurant, supermarket on site.
The apartment comes equipped with a Colour TV with satellite and DVD player, safe, stereo, fans etc. Linen and towels are provided.
Local Area DetailsParque Santiago 4 is a 4* complex part of the PARQUE SANTIAGO RESORT located on the sea front halfway between Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos on the promenade. It is in an ideal position for anyone who likes to explore the area on foot. It is also only a minute to the beach. It is close to all the nightlife and new shopping centres, and the new Magic Fountain opposite the Mare Nostrun Resort. There are excellent restaurants on the Parque Santiago resort, and guests are able to use all facilities of the resort. For children there is a play park by the pool, childrens pool area, and mini golf. There are several golf courses one of which is walking distance. It is in a perfect location for exploring the island on local tours, by foot or bus. There is a water park close by and several zoos.
