Los Almedros I is situated beach-side just a few minutes stroll from the centre of San Pedro. This 2-bed/2-bath apartment is furnished to a high standard and is available for short term and long term holiday rentals .

The apartment consists of an entrance hall leading through to the lounge/dining area which leads out onto a large east-facing covered patio with views of the communal swimming pool and gardens as well as wonderful sea views. The kitchen is fully-equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a seperate utilty room with washing machine and drying area together with storage for the ironing board and iron.

The main bedroom has a double bed, with side cabinets with side lamps, it has a small chest of drawers and a mirror fitted above, fitted wardrobes with safe and en-suite bathroom which comprises of bath with shower overhead, twin sink vanity unit, toilet and bidet. A set of patio doors takes you onto the terrace area.

The second bedroom has twin beds, with bedside cabinet set between the beds, a small chest of drawers with a mirror above and fitted wardrobes. There is also a set of patio doors that open out onto the terrace area.Opposite to the twin bedroom, is the family shower room comprising of a large walk-in shower,toilet, hand basin and bidet.

The lounge area has a dining table with six places. There is a three seater sofa, which converts into a double sofa bed, two armchairs, a large rustic style coffee table and a small side table with lamp.

The property enjoys the benefit of hot/cold air-conditioning, comunual television with some English channels and a music system. It is accessed via a lift making it ideal for families, elderly and disabled people. There is also private off street parking which has lift access direct to the apartment for added security.

Rental prices are per week and include all linen (except beach towels). For rentals of 2 weeks or more, a change of linen is also included.

Additional services are available to all renters including extra maid service, airport transfers and hire of cots, high chairs etc.

Local Area Details

San Pedro de Alcantara sits between Puerto Banus and Estepona, just a short drive west from the glitz and glamour of Marbella Town Centre. It is an Andalucian style pueblo, totally unspoilt with small shops, tapas bars and restaurants throughout the narrow, pretty streets. It is only a short stroll from the bustling town centre to the beach with its attractive wide promenade lined with palm trees. On the wide sandy beach, there is plenty of space to soak up the sun and enjoy one of the excellent beach bars specialising in fish dishes as well as other local delights. The last summer fair (feria) of Andalucia is celebrated in San Pedro around the 19th October each year and is a week long festival of local music, singing, dancing, local traditions and great enjoyment. The town is steeped in history and a visit to the local Tourist Office in Avenida de Marques del Duero or by the Marbella Arch will give you all the information that you require to pay a visit to these sites.
