The property is on a new complex,with secure entry system.The property is newly furnished and has a large kitchen with washing machine included.
There is a TV,but because of spanish tv stations there is also a dvd player,and a dvd rental outlet nearby.
All linen is provided free,and on two week holidays or longer there is also a free weekly change service.
Airport transfers (15 mins)are arranged at local rates,which are €18,00 between 07.00-23.00 and €27,00 between 23.00 and 07.00(per car)
Car Hire in the resort is also available.
Local Area DetailsCosta del Silencio is in the south of tenerife,situated about 20 mins from Main resorts Playa de las americas and Los Cristianos.Although a smaller resort,it still boats plenty of fine restaurants,shops and bars,and is a flat terrain unlike its counterparts.This is an ideal base for a holiday as you are in easy reach of all tourist attractions,Loro Parque,Aquapark,Parque las Aguilas,Medieval Knight etc,and many golf courses.There is an excellent bus and taxi service to all parts of the Island.
