A short private path leads to the house which is situated on a shallow incline facing the sea in gardens bounded by a dry-stone wall. There is a large sun terrace complemented by a further shaded dining terrace with a built-in barbecue. Steps at the side of the villa lead to a roof terrace which has extensive views of Binibeca. The villa is traditionally appointed with an open plan living/dining area, separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar, and with two steps leading to the bedrooms.
Bini Beti has an attractive garden and pool, lovely views and is within easy reach of both shops and beach.

Local Area DetailsAn immaculate and appealing holiday resort characterised by the warm colours of pantiled rooftops on the many private villas here which gleam against the backdrop of the Mediterranean. The area, situated on the south east coast, caters for all tastes and age groups, especially those looking for a villa holiday by their own poolside. The resort is just a short transfer journey through countryside from the airport and is famous for its holiday `fishing village' at Binibeca Vell, a prize winning development by a Catalan architect. Here the streets meander through small squares and high whitewashed stone walling. There are a number of small bars and restaurants and a lively square. The main Binibeca beach lies one kilometre to the east of Binibeca Vell between low headlands ringed by pinewoods. The beach is of soft white sand and, being gently shelving, is ideal for children. A busy cafe stands on one headland and pedaloes, which are very popular in the safe waters of the bay, can be hired from here. Snorkelling is a popular pastime as the water is crystal clear and the coastline has many rocky inlets and pools to explore. Further beaches are to be found on both sides of the resort
