It is situated approximately 30 minutes drive from both Alicante & San Javier(Murcia) airports along the coastal N332 road.
The Pathway
The accommodation is accessed through a private gate within the complex. The property is fully fitted with security shutters and grills.
The Front Entrance
The ground floor patio area of approximately 100sq.ft. is fully tiled, has a large awning & luxury cast-iron patio furniture. A wonderful place for leisurely meals!
The Living Area
This incorporates the kitchen/dining area and a storage room. It has a dining table & 4 chairs, bed/settee, coffee table, armchairs, a radio/CD player and a new 20" TV showing over 30 channels including Sky Sports & Movies.
The fully fitted kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, full-size oven, iron & ironing board and there are cooling fans for the warm summer nights and heating for the cooler winter evenings.
The Bedrooms
The Bedrooms are situated on the two upper floors. Each is furnished with wardrobes, dressing tables & bedside cabinets. The Master Bedroom, is on the second floor, complete with television. The Twin Bedroom and the Single Bedroom are situated on the 1st floor.
All three bedrooms have access to private solariums with patio furniture.
The two bathrooms are situated on the ground and 1st floors.
