The large kitchen is fully equipped with new washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, oven and hob and has a table that seats 5. There are 2 complete bathrooms with shower and bathtub. All rooms have windows letting in good light and there is plenty of storage space. Outside is a very large terrace, with chairs and tables, which receives the sun all day. On the terrace are deck chairs so you can siesta and there are tables for lunch outside. There are geraniums along the front of the terrace.

In the community are 2 communal swimming pools (1 for children), tennis courts, mini-golf, table tennis, and games zone for children, garden and a big room with tables and sofas for children to play in case of rain. The community is well located and near the shopping area though it is in a relaxing area.

Close to the bars and restaurants it is also close to the Canal Olympic and sited in one of the best areas of Castelldefels.

The bus stop to Barcelona is a 3 minute walk. There are also train connections.
