Zetinli Ev is on the outskirts of the pretty Turkish village of Zeytinlik – which translates as ‘the place of olives’.
Zeytinlik is approximately one mile from Kyrenia, and the heart of this ancient village is a short walk away and offers a popular bar and a good restaurant that serves local specialities of mezes and kebabs.
The villa is new and furnished to a very high standard.
The villa sleeps 6 in 1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 singles in each. Additionally, it is possible to sleep a further 4 on two sofa double sofa beds.
There is a balcony leading from the master bedroom from which there are magnificent mountain views.
All the bedrooms are on the first floor.
There is also a shower room/WC downstairs

A well equipped kitchen including a washing machine, gas hob, electric fan oven, combination microwave, fridge/freezer and drinks dispenser machine.
A large comfortably furnished lounge.
Dining area with table and 8 chairs, there is a small terraced area with BBQ leading from the patio doors by the dining table.
Outdoor facilities include sun loungers and patio furniture.
There is a large communal swimming pool a short walk from the house.
The villa has air-conditioning (this also supplies heat for the cooler nights in Autumn and Winter) throughout.
The villa has parking for three cars.
Local Area DetailsThere are several beaches just a short drive away (5-10 mins) and there are various watersports including water skiing, scuba diving sailing etc.
There are also many historic sites within a short drive.
The villa is close to the very pretty harbour of Girne (Kyrenia)
