Our fully air-conditioned villa on Bay Vista Drive is set in the gated community of Weston Hills and has a beautiful outlook over conservation area to the rear.

The villa is about 15 minutes from the Disney World main entrance and within a 30-minute drive away from all the other main attractions.

There is a 31-inch Satellite T.V. with free HBO and Showtime package, video, a DVD home theatre system and hi-fi in the family room and a separate dining area. Sliding doors open onto a covered lanai with large fully insect screened, outdoor heated pool with a complete range of comfortable pool furniture.

The open plan kitchen is full of modern appliances including gas cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer, dryer and an ample supply of crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils.

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, a separate satellite T.V. system, DVD, a telephone/answer phone, its own bathroom with large bath, separate walk in shower, double vanity unit and a walk in wardrobe.

The other two good-sized bedrooms are situated at the front of the villa with their own bathroom and shower in between. One room has a double bed a separate satellite T.V. system; the other room has two twin beds and parentally controlled satellite TV & a video.

If required there is also a sofa bed in the lounge to sleep two people. A baby crib and high chair are also available at no extra charge. A good supply of towels and linens are available for your use.

The villa also features a garage and there is a gas barbecue outside by the pool.

Local Area Details

Weston Hills is one of Central Florida's newest communities located on highway 27. From the moment you leave the main highway to drive into Weston Hills you cannot fail to be impressed upon entering the electronic gates at the front of this community.
You drive up the main street to be greeted by the inviting recreation centre. Here you and your family may enjoy 2 tennis courts, 2 volleyball courts, a regulation soccer field, a magnificent aquatic centre, childrens play ground, basket ball court & walking trail, all free for you to use as a guest.
