We are a small company called Vivelmar
(webpage www.geocities.com/vivelmar) that has several holiday properties in Barcelona.
First-floor apartments (no lift) of a restored traditional Barcelona building, with a small pintoresque balcony over-looking the street. If are standing on it and look over to your right you can actually see the beach at the end of your street!
Inside they feel totally new since they have been redecorated this summer and are completely equipped, making for a pleasant and comfortable holiday. Ample space for up to four guests with two bedrooms, one with two twin beds or one double and the other with one single. The lounge also has a comfortable double sofa-bed. Everything is exterior apart from the individual room. The combined kitchen / living and dining area is cosy and bright and has a TV with international cable channels, a table and chairs. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, washing-machine, coffee machine and kettle. The fully tiled bathroom has a Mediterranean style and comes with a shower (no bath).
Local Area DetailsThe apartments are located in the charming seaman neighbourhood Barceloneta in Barcelona. The location is ideal, the perfect way to combine a beach holiday and a city break. You will find the beach at 100 metres from your apartment and the Gothic Quarter and the Rambla at 10 or 15 minutes walk away. The Barceloneta area is well-known for its excellent seafood restaurants and also for the facilities it offers for watersports enthusiasts.
