Cristina is a detached villa built on an incline in Playa de Fornells. All accommodation and the pool are on an upper level reached via exterior stairs up to a lovely front terrace which is the perfect spot to watch for boats. Doors lead into a lovely double-aspect lounge dining room with picture windows looking out to the sea. The appealing oval pool is at the rear of the villa in paved sun terrace, sheltered by an adjacent grassy bank. Double doors from the terrace lead into the spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Inside is light and airy, in keeping with the local style, with well-furnished rooms and simple decor.
A distinctive villa in a popular location. The front terrace is a special spot with wonderful views down to the inlet and across the sparkling sea to the headland beyond.

Local Area DetailsA very picturesque fishing village situated on the north coast of Menorca. Set at the head of a long and sheltered inlet, it is particularly suitable for sailing and windsurfing. Fishing boats jostle in the small palm fringed harbour around which are gathered the many cafes and sea food restaurants for which Fornells is justly noted. Look out for the Es Pla at the water¹s edge where King Juan Carlos is known to sail to sample Calderata de Langosta, a delicious casserole made with lobster. Marvellous cove beaches such as those at Pregunda and Binimel-La abound in the north. Most are just a short drive from Fornells although, for the intrepid, some entail a cliff top walk! Our accommodation is in the development of Playa de Fornells, two kilometres from the village centre. Set amidst landscaped gardens it overlooks a wide inlet and is close to the glorious, long sandy beach of Cala Tirant. There are some small bars, restaurants and shops with more in the harbour area itself
