We are a small company called Vivelmar
(webpage www.geocities.com/vivelmar) that has several holiday properties in Barcelona.
This recently renovated apartment has been very popular with our guests for its smart and simple decoration and all-round comfort. It is part of a restored traditional Barcelona building and inside has a very modern and comfortable design. Like all our apartments, it can comfortably sleep four guests.
It´s a ground-floor apartment with its own private entrance with approximately 35m2 of living space, all exterior. The double bedroom has two twin beds, a wardrobe and shelves and bedside tables. If you are a party of four people, there is also a comfortable double sofa-bed in the lounge. The living area is bright and open, has a TV and DVD, a dining table for four and chairs. The brand new kitchen is well equipped with a washing-machine, oven, hob, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, and kettle. The Mediterranean style bathroom comes complete with shower (no bath).
Local Area DetailsThe apartment is located in the charming seaman neighbourhood Barceloneta in Barcelona. The location is ideal, the perfect way to combine a beach holiday and a city break. You will find the beach at 100 metres from your apartment and the Gothic Quarter and the Rambla at 10 or 15 minutes walk away. The Barceloneta area is well-known for its excellent seafood restaurants and also for the facilities it offers for watersports enthusiasts.
