Our Holiday villas are 150 sqm big, and are surrounded by a 1000 sqm green grass garden. There are two big terraces, two balconies, roof terraces and a great sea view from all of the rooms. The vacation villas are located directly by a sandy beach (50 meters). The beach is completely sandy. The holiday villas are 75 km away from the airport. Transfer (raund trip), to/from the airport is available. Every hour, there is a minibus to Izmir and every half an hour, there is a minibus to Cesme centre. Near the vacation villas, there is an antique village (Erythrai) where you will find wonderful fish restaurants.Car: recommended. The charges include electricity, water, gas, housekeeping and one set of bedding per person (At arrival). Basic price (for 1-4 person) is 550 € for high season (01 Jun -30 Sept), 350 € for mid-season (01 Apr - 31 May and 01. Oct - 30.Nov), 250 € for low-season (01 Dec. -31 Mar). For each additional person we charge 55 € for high season, 35 € for mid-season, 25 € for low-season. Meanwhile 35 Euro is added to rental price for final cleaning.
