Apartamento Azul is an amazingly large and spacious apartment in an enviable position only 5 minutes easy walk to the lovely family beach at Praia da Luz. The lounge/dining room and both bedrooms have air-conditioning.It has 3 large private balcony/terraces, two front sea-facing and the third overlooking the pool.
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the occupants of the 8 apartments in this lovely modern development.In addition there is a stunning roof terrace again for the exclusive use of occupants of the apartments. This roof terrace has stunning views in all directions including to the sea and dramatic cliffs that overlook the beautiful bay of Luz. It is a lovely spot for relaxing, sunbathing or watching the world go by.
The accommodation at the apartment in more detail comprises:
Bedroom 1-double bedroom with dressing area and en-suite. This room has air-con and a sliding door to the first of the front sea-facing balconies.
The en-suite has bath with over bath shower, basin, bidet and toilet.
Bedroom 2 is a huge bedroom with twin beds. Two additional folding beds are supplied and there is ample space in this room for the use of one or both of these if required. This can therefore make an ideal bedroom for children in a larger family.This bedroom also has air-con and again a sliding door to the second front sea-facing balcony (also accessed from the lounge).
Both bedrooms have large built in wardrobes.
The second bathroom has bath with over bath shower, basin, bidet and toilet.
The huge lounge diner is a lovely light airy room with sliding doors to both front and rear balconies. It has 3 sofas, one a sofa-bed which can be used instead of the folding beds to accommodate an additional 2 people if preferred.There is a modern widescreen TV, DVD,satellite stystem and CD/casettee/radio. There is a large dining table with seating for 6.
Through an archway from the dining area is a modern fitted kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine, microwave and large fridge with freezer section.
There is a selection of outdoor tables and chairs for use on the balconies and the rear balcony overlooking the pool is equipped with a charcoal barbaque. The balconies make a lovely spot for an al fresco breakfast or dinner.
Below the apartament building there is a large communal garage accessed by an electric coded door for the apartments. Apartamento Azul has its own locked private garage for 2 cars within this garage.
There is twice weekly maid service

Local Area Details

Praia da Luz is a lovely family orientated resort towards the quieter Western end of the Algarve coast.The beach is long and sandy and backed by a beautiful palm tree lined promenade. It has numerous restaurants, bars and shops, but there are no nightclubs. The larger town of Lagos is only a 10 minute drive away and this has a more cosmopolitan nightlife along with a lovely marina, loads more restaurants and shops and several sandy beaches. The Algarve is famous for its fabulous golf courses and the closest, Boavista, is only a 5 min drive.

As Apartamento Azul is so close to all these ameneties car hire is not essential although we would recommend it to allow exploration of the lovely Algarve coastline, mountains amd towns
