Bini Lynnette is a detached, older villa built in traditional Menorcan style, offering simple holiday accommodation on two self-contained floors. A covered dining terrace overlooking the pool leads into a very spacious lounge dining area. The ground floor also has three bedrooms and a bathroom. The first floor is accessed by external steps from the terrace at the back of the villa making it suitable for older children and has a lounge with balcony enjoying lovely sea views, a kitchenette a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Rooms are light and simply furnished. Very close to some of our other villas in the area including Bini Anna and Bini Janette making it ideal for large groups travelling together.

Local Area Details

An immaculate and appealing holiday resort characterised by the warm colours of pantiled rooftops on the many private villas here which gleam against the backdrop of the Mediterranean. The area, situated on the south east coast, caters for all tastes and age groups, especially those looking for a villa holiday by their own poolside. The resort is just a short transfer journey through countryside from the airport and is famous for its holiday `fishing village' at Binibeca Vell, a prize winning development by a Catalan architect. Here the streets meander through small squares and high whitewashed stone walling. There are a number of small bars and restaurants and a lively square. The main Binibeca beach lies one kilometre to the east of Binibeca Vell between low headlands ringed by pinewoods. The beach is of soft white sand and, being gently shelving, is ideal for children. A busy cafe stands on one headland and pedaloes, which are very popular in the safe waters of the bay, can be hired from here. Snorkelling is a popular pastime as the water is crystal clear and the coastline has many rocky inlets and pools to explore.
