Villa Masca is a modern family home in a peaceful residential area in Orba. In front of the villa is a nice swimming pool with roman steps, next to it you will find also a built-in BBQ and a lot of space for both sunbathing and enjoying your meals outside. This is a good choice for those who want to be close to the hustle and bustle but still far enough away to have a spot of peace and quiet when you need it.
Local Area DetailsOn the Costa Blanca, only a few kilometres from the sea, is found the Valley of Orba.
It is distinguished by it's abundant vegetation, which combines with the light blue of the sea and sky.
The traditional agriculture beside the Mediterranean Sea gives a unique character to the Valley of Orba with it's orange groves, olive and almond trees.
There are several towns in the Valley: Benidoleig, Vall de Laguart, Tormos, Sagra, Rafol, Benimeli…with others. Small towns with white walls that glitter in predominent green of the area.
In the centre of the Valley is ORBA: Town of about 1.600 inhabitants, which offers, every amenity. Restaurants, Bars, Pharmacy, Health Centre 24 Hours, Banks, Veterinary, Schools, Kindergarten, Sport Centre, etc
Being of Moorish origin; it was in History one of the most important centres of production and sale of pottery works.
Today, because of it's privileged location it stands out, having close proximity to the coast and Tourist areas alike, yet conserving the traditional character of Mediterranean towns.
