Accommodation consists of: Three bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed and a built-in wardrobe, ceiling fans it also has two sun terraces. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with two single beds and built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The 3rd Bedroom which is on the ground floor is also equipped with two single beds and built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. Furnished to the highest quality.


Two bathrooms Main bathroom with shower, corner suite, WC and wash hand basin. Second bathroom has shower, WC and wash hand basin.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

In the main area of the villa you will find a dining area with table and 6 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with a large L shaped sofa, TV including UK channels, CD player and DVD player.

Close by and well within Ten minutes walk, you will find the town of Ciudad Quesada. with banks, Supermarket and every type of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. Also a Aquapark with water-chute.

The location of this villa is perfect for a great family holiday. At the side of the Villa is a park area were the children can play and you can enjoy a barbecue and meet new friends Communal swimming pool with children's paddling pool and within a ten minute drive you have the choice of five golf courses or the lovely sandy beaches of Guardamar on the Costa Blanca.




Within 15 minutes drive are Villamartin Las Ramblas and Campoamor and 5 minute drive you have La Marquesa and La Finca Golf Courses.
Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.
Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap.

This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, watersports, Two Aquaparks with water chutes, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by.
