Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed and a built-in wardrobe and sun terrace Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and built-in wardrobe. Furnished to the highest quality.

Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin. Second bathrom with shower, WC and wash hand basin.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect for 4 persons.

In the main area of the villa you will find spacious dining area with , table and 4 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with and a double settee and arm chair, TV , Hi-Fi,radio,cassette/CD player. Quality furniture is used throughout.

The Communal Pool is just outside the back door of this Villa.

Close by and well within 10 minute walk there are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment.The villa is ideally located for Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas Golf courses. The Villamartin plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature mosaics is a picturesque square with a wonderful collection of cafes, bars, restaurants and bowling alley to suit all tastes, and is also home to a family of parakeets. Large Supermarket approx 5 minutes away. A popular local market is held on Saturdays - again within 5 minute drive of the Villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

Just 50 minutes up the motor way is Benidorm with the attractions of Terra Mitica (theme park), Aqualandia (water park), Mundomar and Benidorm Palace (cabaret / show palace). There is a bus service in the summer months to all these attractions, which stops at La Zenia.

The location of this Villa is perfect for a great family or golfing holiday. Five minute drive you have the choice of Three golf courses and less then 4 minutes you have the lovely sandy beaches of Cabo Roig & La Zenia on the Costa Blanca.





Just 5 minutes drive are Villamartin Las Ramblas and Campoamor Golf Courses.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 15 minute drive from this property.

Located in Benidorm, which is 50-minute drive, enjoy one of the most beautiful and fun theme parks in the world. There's something for everyone: shows, thrill rides and rides for the little ones. Come and have some fun at Terra Mitica or visit the water park at Aqualandia.

This 2-bedroom Villa is situated in the beautiful setting of Cabo Roig, referred to as the jewel of the southern Costa Blanca. Cabo Roig is an exclusive residential area comprising of mainly luxurious villas, to which there is only 1 road entrance therefore no through traffic makes for a quiet setting. The Villa is part of the Los Anguis III community is situated in mature gardens of a residential development overlooking the swimming pool and benefits from a south-facing terrace, situated in a no through road and is well established within Cabo Roig.
It has well maintained beautiful gardens and pathways and communal pool with showers on the doorstep. Within 20 minutes drive of Murcia Airport and 45 minutes of Alicante Airport Cabo Roig lies 8km south of Torrevieja town. Restaurants and the supermarket are a short walk away, the area benefits from numerous modern bars, restaurants, large supermarkets, small shops and banks, which are all within easy walking distance.


There are 2 EEC blue flag beaches, both sandy, within 5 minutes walk, the southern one situated in a protective cove with a small marina and overlooked by a renowned sea food restaurant. The beaches have beach bars where you can obtain snacks and refreshments.

There are local activities for all the family including horse riding, go-karting, scuba diving and sea fishing. Close by is the Orihuela Costa Resort leisure complex with its superb facilities including large pool, tennis courts, gymnasium, and sauna, bars and restaurant

Buses are available regularly during the day to Torrevieja, which is a lively town with its street markets and resident funfair, cosmopolitan shops and restaurants.

There are seven internationally acclaimed golf courses within easy reach. Green fees tend to cost around thirty pounds and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Club de Golf Villamartin, Las Ramblas de Orihuela, and Real Club de Golf Campoamor. Are all within easy reach (5-min drive). La Manga is 45 mins away.
