Accommodation consists of: Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. The Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Furnished to the highest quality.


Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.A hairdryer is also provided for your convenience

The kitchen comes equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, kettle. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

In the main area of the villa you will find a dining area with table and chairs which comfortably accommodate 4 people and the lounge area is equipped with a two seater sofa and 2 arm chairs, 2 ceiling fans and TV with UK channels are available. Balcony with table and chairs.

Leading from the living area are the stairs which take you up onto the roof solarium where you will be able to view the beautiful sea views while either sunbathing or drinking that cool glass of wine.

Large Communal Pool to the rear of this apartment there is also a very large baby pool attached to the main pool for our younger guests to use.

Smoking is not allowed in this apartment but is allowed on the Roof Terrace

The apartment also has alarm system fitted for the security of your belongings. And has an allocated parking space for the apartment.


Close by and well within Ten minutes walk, you will find a Large Supermarket. And Five minutes drive you will find a commercial centre where you can find every type of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. A popular local market is held on Wednesdays - again within 15 minutes stroll of the apartment, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.


The location of this apartment is perfect for a great family holiday. At the rear of the apartment is a large communal swimming pool and children's paddling pools and within a 15 minute drive you have the choice of four golf courses or the lovely sandy beaches of La Zenia & Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca.





Within 15 minutes drive are Villamartin Las Ramblas and Campoamor and 10 minute drive you have La Marquesa and La Finca Golf Courses.

Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap.
