Many renowned sights like the Chateau Bellevue itself, the Victory Column, the Brandenburg Gate, the Chancellor´s Office, the Reichstag and many more can all be easily reached by foot.
There are also convenient connections to the major routes of the public transport system within minutes from the apartment, providing easy access to the east and west of the city:

Cable-TV and dining area for 3 persons. The built-in wardrobe offers enough space for clothing and luggage.
The kitchen is equipped with electric cooking plates, a microwave, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, toaster and a coffee machine, which makes it well suited for self-catering.

House and surrounding area:
The apartment is situated on the 1st floor inside a quiet and well-kept building with elevator right next to the Tiergarten.
There are various restaurants and stores in the neighborhood as well as a small shopping center with supermarket, bakery etc. at U-Bhf. Hansaplatz (100 m).

Local Area Details

Wide range of leisure activities since located in the immediate vicinity of the Tiergarten, Berlin´s "Central Park" (walks, steamer cruises, events, sights, cafes, "biergarden", etc).
In addition the famous cinemas and theatres at the "Zoo" and "Kurfürstendamm" are only 1-2 subwaystations away.
Finally, the new center of former East Berlin with it´s museums and sights may also be reached within minutes via S-Bahn - simply perfect!
