Lovely newly renovated cottage in the grounds of our home. Semi rural location with shared use of 32ft swimming pool with diving board in the summer months. Lovely views over fields back and front yet only 5 minutes drive from Ware Town centre. Tumble drier in outhouse.
Bedroom One with kingsize bed is upstairs digital TV with video. Bedroom two has two singles and leads off bedroom one.
On the ground floor is the kitchen with dishwasher, washer and oven with microwave. The bathroom (downstairs) is fully equipped with a powerful shower over the bath.
The living room has a sprung sofabed, desk and 28" TV with DVD/video and Digibox.
Access to our garden,we have a large trampoline with safety net and swing set as well as a football area. Toys, books and games provided (we know what it's like holidaying with children). Highchair. Patio area with chairs and table. Travel cot.
Local Area DetailsVisit our local towns Ware and Hertford for great pubs and restaurants. Visit Knebworth House and Hatfield House (childhood home of Elizabeth I), St Albans for it's cathedral and roman remains. Henry Moore foundation (sculpture) is up the road. Hanbury Manor golf club two minutes away. Our local town Ware is 5 minutes drive from here trains into central London take 50 minutes, Cambridge is a 30 minute drive straight north from here.
