"Villa Angel" was finished being built in 2001 and represents the
beautiful style of Floridian architecture. The Villa is situated in
the country club area, on a salt water canal with access to the Gulf
of Mexico, facing southwards and is surrounded by a garden full of
tropical plants and flowers. It is a 30 minutes drive from the Fort
Myers Airport. Situated off of a quiet street but still near
activities and shopping. You will find our Villa in an elegant style
with every luxury and comfort you would wish to enjoy during your
vacation.
You will definitely like this bright house with it's light decor. The
Villa includes 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open kitchen and family
room, formal living and dining room, a laundry room, terrace with
pool and a garage. The total living space is about 2400 sq ft.
The terrace is facing south so you will have sun the entire day; we
have sufficient deck furniture, table, chairs and rafts. The pool
area is completely covered by a screen.
The house is surrounded by a well looked-after garden and lies
directly on a canal, 40 minutes away from the open sea, having it's
own landing stage and dock.
In our tastefully furnished living area will find a 35" TV set with
stereo, DVD, CD player. In our kitchen you will miss just nothing:
all household appliances such as a dish washer, fridge with ice cube
machine, mixer, microwave, oven with ceran top, coffee machine, bread
and juice maker and much more. It is completed by an elegant dish set
and lots of accessories. The kitchen leads directly to the covered
terrace. Where you will find a barbecue for grilling your favorite
meals.
Telephone and fax machine are of course also available. Cable TV and
local calls are free.
There are 4 bedrooms, a master with a king size bed and 32" color TV,
the second has a queen size bed, the third two single beds and the
fourth bedroom also a single bed.
Every room has a large dresser, built-in wardrobe with sufficient
hangers. You will also find alarm clocks in each bedroom. We also we
have a hair dryer, an iron plus ironing board, washer and dryer at
your disposal.
Local Area DetailsThe world-renown romantic Sanibel Island, Estero Beach and Captiva
Island with its beautiful sand and many more islands are within a
short time's reach both by boat and by car. The local beach a 15
minute walk.
If you don't feel like going out by car - no problem! Take our two
bicycles and go on a tour to learn more about your neighborhood to
the beach.
The Villa has its own landing stage which leaves you with the
possibility to rent a sport boat!
