The apartment comes fully furnished & equiped to a high standard,all cutlery,crockery,& Linen ( except beach towels) are provided.
There are place settings for 6 people
All apartment floors are connected by lifts & there is a secure reserved parking space.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes & plenty of drawer space.The lounge has a large sofa bed.There are cooling/heater fans in these rooms.
The 2 fully furnished terraces allow for full sun most of the day day.
Satellite TV,DVD,VHS,CD & MP3 are in the lounge also there is a good selection of videos,CD'S & board games
The lounge has a dinning table & chairs for 4 people.
The main terrace has a table & chairs for 6 people & 2 sun beds
There are 4 sun chairs to use by the pool
Local Area DetailsThe 7km beach of Isla Canela which has been voted the 6th best in Spain is less than 5 minutes walk.The local shops,bars,restaurants & 4 star hotels are all within walking distance.
The marina has a new children's play area.
This includes mini golf,go-karting,bouncy castles & trampolines
The fishing village of Punta De Moral is an easy 10 minute stroll around the marina.Here you can find bars & restaurants serving freshly caught fish.
Boat & coach trips can be booked from the marina & hotels
Isla Canela golf course is 10 minutes away & there are plenty more within driving distance.
The town of Ayamonte is 10 minutes away,a good bus service runs to here.
There are plenty of restaurants & bars serving tapas & locally cured ham here.There is also a ferry service to Portugal from here & a market on Saturdays.
Faro (45 mins.)& Seville (90 mins) airports are both connected to Ayamonte by motorway.Both are services from cheap airlines.
Fishing,watersports,bird watching Bike hire can all be found in the marina & there are some good walks.
The city of Seville is worth a visit & on the way you pass the Donna National Park.
