Villa Yaz Tepe is set in its own attractive gardens near the the village of Malatya. The views are stunning with the imposing Besparmak Mountains to the side and behind and sea views in front. The villa is just a short drive from the nearest beach.

The villa sleeps seven in 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a King sized bed, the second bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed, there is also an occasional bed (pull out from under the single bed) in this room. Both these bedrooms are on the first floor and each have ensuite shower rooms.

The 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor in which there is a double bed, there is also a bathroom which has a bath.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

There is a large kitchen/dining room with table and 6 chairs, electric cooker, gas hob, and dishwasher.. There is also a washing machine. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with cutlery, glassware, china etc.
The lounge is comfortably equipped with seating for 7, a large stone fireplace, TV, DVD player, CD player/radio.
Outside there is covered seating for eight with table and chairs, there is also a large first floor terrace which covers the same area as the lounge accessible via patio windows from the master bedroom and from the first floor landing. The first floor landing currently has a table, 4 chairs and a large umbrella.
The villa has a private swimming pool (10m x 5m) which has a roman end on the side. Around the pool are 6 high quality wooden sun loungers. There are lights in and around the pool.

The villa also has a built-in barbecue.

There is a massive drive area with parking for at least 12 cars.

Local Area Details

There are several beaches just a short drive away (5-10 mins) and there are various watersports including water skiing, scuba diving sailing etc.

There are also many historic sites within a short drive.

The villa is close to the very pretty harbour of Girne (Kyrenia)
